Returns


Items sold by Malco Products, Inc. (“Malco”) on www.malcoautomotive.com (“Website”) that are still new, unopened, unused and undamaged can be returned within 90 days of the shipped-to customer date, and Malco receives the returned items in that condition. Returns for a verified purchase on the Website can be exchanged for replacement product or credited to your account at Malco’s sole discretion. Refunds for returns will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will be refunded only if the return was the result of an error by Malco. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is the sole result of an error by Malco.

To expedite your return, please have the following available:

  • Order number
  • Phone number and/or email address provided when placing your order

Malco reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, any abuse of this Returns policy. All returns are subject to inspection by Malco personnel to identify possible use, misuse, missing components, or damage. A refund may be denied due to failure to adhere to Returns policy requirements.


Cancellation policy


Website orders can be cancelled within 45 minutes of submitting the order. After the 45-minute period has expired, the order cannot be cancelled unless it is backordered. Backordered items can be cancelled at any time prior to the order shipping. To cancel your order online, visit My Account to access your order details and click the Cancel button. For assistance with cancelling an order, contact our customer care team at 1-800-253-2526 or email us at customerservice@malcopro.com. Our representatives are available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET).

If your order has processed and is unable to be cancelled, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our Returns policy.



Shipping policy


Malco Products, Inc. (“Malco”) offers delivery for items purchased on www.malcoautomotive.com (“Website”) to most locations within the continental United States. Malco is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO/APO addresses, locations in Alaska and Hawaii, or U.S Territories.

 

All orders received through the Website are shipped by parcel ground delivery. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for parcel ground service in addition to the order processing time, which is typically 72 hours (exluding holidays and weekends). Malco is unable to ship items purchased through the Website using an expedited service level (i.e. Next Day Air).

 

Order processing and shipments take place Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET.

 

Please refer to the dates and shipping rates listed during checkout for your expected shipment and delivery dates as well as any delivery charges.

 

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight and carton dimensions for your order. Shipping charges are only refundable if the item was shipped in error by Malco. Otherwise, shipping is considered non-refundable. All other refunds of shipping charges are solely at the discretion of Malco.
